Precautions for motor use
Before use, make sure the motor voltage is correct. If it is a DC motor, also confirm whether the power supply current is sufficient
2. Overloading is strictly prohibited. The reasons for overloading mainly fall into two parts: torque and the force on the shaft. The load torque must not exceed that of the motor
The rated torque, the force on the shaft must not exceed the allowable force in the axial and radial directions of the shaft, and the measured current of the motor after adding a load must not exceed
When the current exceeds the rated value, a fuse must be used for general motors to prevent the motor from burning out due to overload
3. Do not store or operate in high-temperature or humid environments, nor place in corrosive gases, as this will reduce the motor's performance
4. When assembling transmission parts such as gears and pulleys on the motor shaft, do not strike them abnormally when pressing them in
When soldering is needed on the motor terminals of the positive and negative poles of the power supply, the temperature of the soldering iron should be 340℃±40℃ and the heating time should be within 3 seconds
Do not deform the plastic. During operation, allow solder joints to flow into the motor or break the ends of the wires, as this will cause the motor's function to decline
When installing the motor, pay attention to whether the screws are too long to prevent overly long screws from pressing against the parts inside the motor
