Before you install a replacement part

Use the instructions for your exact device and the supplied replacement part. This page is a general preparation guide and does not replace model-specific instructions.

Shaver heads, foils and cutters

1. Check the device model, replacement reference and supplied pieces before opening or fitting the part.
2. Switch the shaver off and disconnect it from charging power as directed by its manual.
3. Follow the device's head, foil or cutter removal instructions. Handle cutting surfaces carefully. Do not bend a foil or use a damaged part.
4. Fit the documented replacement without force. Confirm that the retaining mechanism is secure before use.
5. Stop if there are sharp edges, unusual noise, looseness, discomfort or abnormal operation. Contact us with the order number and device model.

Fridge water filters

Confirm the exact fridge model and filter interface before installation. Follow the product and appliance instructions for water isolation, fitting, flushing and checking for leaks. Required pressure, temperature, flush volume and replacement intervals depend on the exact product; do not apply a generic interval to every filter.

Do not force the lock or modify the connection. Stop use if a filter does not secure correctly, leaks, is damaged or gives persistent abnormal output. Isolate the water supply where safe and follow your appliance's instructions. Contact us for support.

Filtration claims are limited to the exact product's stated and supported scope. Do not rely on a household fridge filter to make an unsafe or unknown water source safe to drink.
