Help with parts and orders
How do I check compatibility?
Use the complete model number and regional suffix, then check the exact product's compatibility and exclusions. Start with Find your model. Matching a brand name or an appearance does not confirm a fit.
Are these genuine manufacturer parts?
Check the product page's actual brand and product identity. A listing marked compatible replacement is a third-party part. Original reference numbers help identify fit and do not indicate brand authorisation.
Where will my order be sent from?
Orders are dispatched directly by our supply partners. Check the product's delivery information for its dispatch location. Our shipping policy explains available services and estimates.
Standard shipping rates (USD)
- Australia: US$4.99 per order below US$49; free standard shipping on orders of US$49 or more.
- United States: US$5.99 per order below US$59; free standard shipping on orders of US$59 or more.
Free shipping thresholds apply to the merchandise subtotal after discounts, excluding shipping and separately charged taxes. Available delivery options and your final total are shown at checkout before payment.
Can one order arrive in different parcels?
Yes. Different supply partners can send separate parcels. Review the tracking information for each item in your order-status page.
How do I track an order?
Open the order-status link in your confirmation or dispatch email. See Track your order if information is missing or the delivery is delayed.
What if a part is wrong, damaged or faulty?
Contact us with your order number and a description. Stop using a part that is unsafe, damaged or leaking. We handle after-sales support directly. See returns and refunds.
What does a filter standard number mean?
A standard number alone does not describe every substance a filter can reduce. Rely on the exact product's documented performance, conditions and installation instructions. Do not treat an original manufacturer's certification as certification of a third-party replacement.
