Delivery to Australia & the US
Standard shipping is free for orders to supported addresses in Australia and the United States accepted at checkout. We deliver to Australia and the United States. Prices and checkout charges are in USD. PayPal may offer currency conversion; its exchange rate and fees apply. Orders are sent directly by overseas supply partners and may arrive in separate parcels. Check the full delivery address, including city, state and postal code. Contact us before ordering if checkout does not offer delivery to your address.
Delivery estimates
Dispatch and transit times depend on the selected product and delivery service. Any dates provided are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Contact us before ordering if you need an item by a specific date. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and arrange a solution, including a refund where appropriate.
Product and pack selection
Choose the pack size or bundle before adding an item to your cart. Check the selected option, included items and total price. A similar shape or brand name alone does not confirm compatibility. If the exact model is not listed, ask us before ordering.
Returns & refunds
If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or does not match its description, contact us with your order number and details of the problem. Stop using anything that appears unsafe or is leaking. We handle your store order directly; you do not need to make a claim with our supplier.
Your consumer rights
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not excluded or limited by this policy. Where a consumer guarantee is not met, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. We cover reasonable return costs where required for a confirmed product problem.
Change of mind
For a change-of-mind return, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return postage is your responsibility for change-of-mind returns. These conditions do not restrict your rights for faulty, incorrect or misdescribed goods.
Before sending an item back
Contact us first so we can provide the correct return instructions and address for your item. Do not send parcels to a supplier or to the address on the shipping label without checking with us. Keep your proof of postage. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; bank and payment-provider processing times vary.
Cancellation or address changes
Contact us as soon as possible. We will check whether dispatch can still be stopped or the address changed. Once a parcel has been dispatched, changes may not be possible. This does not affect your applicable consumer rights.
Track an order
Open the private order-status link in your order confirmation or dispatch email. Check each parcel separately. If an expected update is missing or a parcel is marked delivered but has not arrived, contact us and describe what the tracking shows. Do not share your private order link publicly.
