Silicone Backflush Tool For Breville 54mm Espresso Portafilter Group Head Cleaning Disc Coffee Machine Parts Kit

54mm Silicone Backflush Disc for Breville 8 Series Portafilter Cleaning

This 54mm silicone cleaning disc is designed for use with Breville 8 series portafilters to support routine backflushing maintenance. When installed, it blocks water flow through the basket, allowing detergent and water to circulate within the group head to remove accumulated coffee oils and fine grounds. It is suitable for home users and light commercial setups seeking consistent machine hygiene without complex procedures.

Made from food-grade silicone, the disc offers reliable heat resistance and sealing performance during repeated high-temperature cycles. Its precise 54mm diameter ensures a secure fit in compatible portafilters, preventing leaks or displacement during use. Unlike traditional rubber alternatives, silicone is easier to clean, odor-resistant, and maintains structural integrity over time. The item comes in cardboard packaging, weighs only 10 grams, and stores conveniently alongside other barista tools.
