Installation Instructions

  1. Unplug the washing machine and disconnect the power supply.

  2. Remove the rear access panel to reach the motor and drum pulley.

  3. Release tension and remove the old belt from the motor and drum.

  4. Fit the new 5EPJ1246 belt around the drum and motor pulley (ribs facing the correct direction). This elastic belt is intentionally tight — this is normal.

  5. Reassemble the rear panel and restore power.

  6. Run a short test cycle to confirm smooth and quiet operation.

Tip: A new elastic belt may feel very tight when first fitted. This is normal and it will settle after a few cycles.
